A 23-year-old woman from the Czech Republic is pregnant with what will be the country's first set of quintuplets.

According to the Daily Mail, Alexandra Kinova's chances to become pregnant with five babies were one in several million. More so since she did not turn to in-vitro fertilization to conceive.

The woman says that, when she first went for a medical checkup, she was told that she was pregnant with twins. Nothing to worry about, Alexandra thought to herself.

Then, when she underwent another examination at the Prague Institute for the Care of Mother and Child, doctors told her that she was expecting four children.

Sometime later, she learned that she was actually expecting quintuplets. Needless to say, the news took her quite by surprise. After all, quintuplets don't happen all that often.

The 23-year-old woman says she cannot see all of her babies on scans, as two lay hidden behind the other three. Still, she'll very soon get to meet and greet them all.      So far, she knows that she will be having two boys and a girl, and she has already picked out their names. Alexandra Kinova, who is already a mother of one, is due on Sunday.

To avoid any complications that might endanger her life or that of her children, the delivery will be performed by C-section, but she does plan to breastfeed the babies as much as possible.
