14 DAY TRIAL // A new service called iTweakStore.com aims to be a “fast, powerful, and very easy to use” web-based alternative to Cydia for jailbreak fans when it’s released later this year.
Described as “a new store to tweak your Jailbroken iOS device,” iTweak lives in your web browser, which raises some security concerns. Cydia, on the other hand, works like a native iOS app.
As its name implies, iTweak will most likely focus on jailbreak tweaks (rather than entire applications), thus providing the small bits of added functionality that many jailbreakers crave for (and the reason why they jumped over to the other side in the first place).
The folks at iTweak promise to keep everyone up to date with the latest developments using their very own Twitter stream.
