What better way to ask the love of your life to marry you than to take your common interests and turn them into a one-of-a kind proposal message? This is what Murphy Mack did, when he decided to turn the couple's passion for cycling into a unique heart-shaped bike route holding the message “Marry Me Emily?”

They were dating for a long period and were both passionate about cycling, like many folks living in San Francisco. Mack thought this was the best way to impress his girlfriend and planned the perfect route, that would pop the question and would also look cute, so he biked the hilly city, in the shape of a heart, and recorded the final result with Strava app.

Murphy posted his marriage proposal on social media, and his girlfriend Emily McLanahan was more than happy to respond with “Yes! I love you!” just underneath it.

The man's romantic gesture required an 18-mile (29-kilometer) bike ride that lasted 80 minutes, and besides getting the big “Yes,” the enthusiast cyclist also burned almost 750 calories, notes Daily Mail.

Strava is a free app that records runs and rides, and tracks the progress of the user to challenge him for even more exercise. Users just need a GPS device connected to the app and then their results can be viewed on the application's website.

The fitness tracking program is the new craze for creative messages, as people turn it into a way of drawing hilarious things, from cats, logos, names and many other. The trend of messaging the world via GPS maps is going viral and marriage proposals are just the beginning.

Just days before Mack's proposal, another cyclist had his own take on the idea of popping the question via Strava, and managed to turn a 7-mile ride into the question “Will you marry me?” Even if his take was quite messy and rather hard to understand at a first glance, he allegedly managed to get a “Yes” as well.
