The Chinese did it - who else?

Britain, just like the US is attacked daily by a lot of hackers that want to breach defenses and get classified info. Out of all the aggressors, the worst are the Chinese that have been hacking their way into government computers. So, what country's next?

Of course, the Beijing has never admitted any of these attacks and they have said they have strict policies that go against hackers and cyber-crime. I think that even if they are the ones that are behind this they still wouldn't acknowledge it, because it will result in war.

So, a lot of powerful countries have been hacked by users from China. That is for sure. If the Beijing regime is behind those attacks, well, that remains to be disclosed. In any case, all the attacks' targets have been governmental servers, so the hackers were not only newbies, but also had an interest in intelligence.

The only super-power that hasn't been hacked is Russia, yet there have been rumors that the massive hack-attack on Estonia had "Ivan" written all over it. So, without being paranoid, I will let you jump to the conclusions. Is there something really serious that we need to worry about, or are these just your basic, standard-issue, every-day hack attacks? Some people like to think that countries are preparing themselves for cyberwar and some security experts state that computers will be the weapons of the future. One thing is for sure - in case of war, cyber-attacks are going to do some serious damage!

In case you are wondering what can happen - let's try and get the full view - a lot of companies have their whole army system informatized, thus depending on computers. If the PCs are taken down so will be the backbone of communication, a fact which will have severe effects on the way that certain armed force will operate.
