Mozilla is still working on a 64-bit version of its browser, but several other developing groups across the world rolled out such builds that bring the power of Firefox on PCs using 64-bit processors.

Such an example is CyberFox, an application that has already received quite a lot of downloads, pretty much because it's fast, stable, and very reliable.

Version 30 was officially rolled out today and brings a new option in devtools settings for user-agent override, while also fixing some of the bugs that were found in the previous builds.

Keep in mind that this application only works on 64-bit processors, so in case you're using a 32-bit CPU, it's better to download the original builds of Firefox.

As far as the supported operating systems are concerned, Cyberfox works on all of them, including Windows 7 and Windows 8. No dedicated support is being offered for Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 Update, but after a short testing session, we can confirm that the application seems to be working very fast on these two as well.

Overall, this is clearly a pretty helpful release for those who are still waiting for a 64-bit version of Firefox, so go ahead and download Cyberfox 30 to see if it's fast enough to replace the standard Mozilla browser on your PC.
