It has a starting price of $1,819, or 1,403-1,819 Euro

Seemingly bored with just upgrading its existing systems, CyberPowerPC decides it was time for some new blood to join its gaming lineup.

What we are looking at is a gaming notebook measuring 17.3 inches and called Fang Taipan. Those who like snakes should be particularly drawn to it.

As with all systems optimized for high-end graphics and computing performance, this isn't something for people lacking in finances.

Though it is possible to customize the internal parts, the standard configuration price is $1,819 (1,403-1,819 Euro), the minimum tag is $1,637 (1,263-1,637 Euro) and the top cost is of over $5,000 (3858-5000 Euro).

At least there is a free game coupon for Borderlands 2 that customers can opt for.

Here is the basic spec sheet as a point of reference:

Intel Core i7 3630QM CPU (2.4GHz, 6MB cache)
16GB DDR3-1333 RAM
Two GeForce GTX 670M GPUs in SLI
An OCZ Agility 3 SATA III solid state drive of 60 GB
An HDD of 1TB
