Owners of Android devices running under custom CyanogenMod ROMs would certainly like to learn that there have been a series of changes regarding the CyanogenMod site and tools, which have been moved to a new domain in the past day.

Due to a series of internal misunderstandings that the CyanogenMod team explained in detail in a recent blog post, the website for the popular custom ROMs has moved to CyanogenMod.org, along with all the tools related to it.

Users and developers who have contributed to the CyanogenMod community should head over to the team’s blog and read all about the changes.

Those who experience failures when uploading changes to gerrit should set up their interaction with it again, the team notes. All they will need to do for that is simple: git config --global review.cyanogenmod.org.username <your gerrit username here>
