Yet another Android-based smartphone can now get a taste of the latest CyanogenMod 9 version, namely HTC’s One X.

The quad-core smartphone was made official at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February and is now available for purchase in various markets around the world with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Sense 4.0 on board.

Those users who would like to try a different build of Ice Cream Sandwich on their devices can now download the aforementioned CyanogenMod 9 build to take it for a spin.

However, they should note that there still are a series of issues with the release, and that their experience will be affected by them.

For example, the camera app and WiFi hotspot feature do not work at the moment, and Mobile Data requires some time to connect correctly.

Additional details on the matter, along with download links for CM9 for One X are available on MoDaCo.
