Owners of Android-based devices interested in installing custom software can now download the third release candidate flavor of CyanogenMod 10.1.
The new builds have already been pushed to the CyanogenMod download website
, offering support for around 35 handsets and tablets at the moment, with more expected to get a taste of it in the not too distant future.
The new flavor of the custom software packs a variety of enhancements and fixes inside and paves the way to the final flavor of CM 10.1.
“This is a small incremental change
over RC2, addressing a few tens of issues all of you reported through Jira (including some global problems like the preview issues after using camcorder, bad launcher icon alignment in tablets, disappearing widgets, a crasher in the T9 launcher, and a ton of translation updates), and brings us one step closer to release,” the team behind the software said
