Alec - I do believe from first hand experience from my failed attempts to access my two young daughters from a vindictive women & draconian / dysfunctional family law for 4.4 years, is far worse than cancer . The sadist thing is hearing about the adverse affects ( second hand ) of my sad & confused daughters by parental alienation syndrome ( PAS ). This tactic , that is, the brainwashing or posioning of the children's minds by the custodial parent so the Children turn away from the non - custodial parent is unfortunately effective over time and leaves the Dad feeling hurt and frustrated by the hopelessness of the situation. We alienated parents have to deal with the roots of the alienation, the family law that encourages alienators:
1. The right of a minor to select a parent at 14 years old
2. The court order to have a parent removed from the house without anything.
3. The parent that the minor selects keeps the house and...
By aiming to have those laws struck the incentive to alienators to manipulate minors could decrease. In turn parents will have a better chance to defend themselves from liars and manipulators.

"After Ireland failed to answer her father’s scheduled morning phone call from New York on April 11, Alec went bersek on her voice mail, saying “Once again, I have made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone… You have insulted me for the last time. I don’t give a damn that you’re 12-years-old or 11-years-old, or a child, or that your mother [Kim Basigner] is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn’t care about what you do. You’ve make me feel like [shit]… This crap you pull on me with this goddamn phone situation that you would never dream of doing to your mother, and you do it to me constantly over and over again.”

Before hanging up, Baldwin warned the child, “You better be ready Friday the 20th to meet with me.”

On Wednesday, Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner Maren Nelson heard the tape and temporarily suspended Baldwin’s visitation rights. A hearing is set for May 4, where the judge could permanently deny Baldwin visitation or contact with Ireland."

He "fears the violence this custody war has provoked in him?" Puhleeeze. The violence is the reason he's in the custody war! I'd hate to think what he was like before he "got ahold of" himself. ROFLMAO

I do not know exactly who is doing what but this does point out how flawed the courts are. How the stupid judges play God and usually get it wrong. There is an old joke that makes the point. What is the difference between God and a Judge? God does not think he is a judge.

All to often the old genetic discrimination stereotype that women are better parents is assumed by the judge. I know first hand that a mother can be the evil one in a family. How about a mother that is 100% certified mentally disabled (literally certified 100% crazy) and has admitted to saying to her kids "get out of my face" and who has called the police on each of her 3 children numerous times. Yet the judge said he assumes both parents are good people. Well that judge made an ass out of himself by making such a default assumption that was not true.

The system is seriously broken and our children are suffering for it.
