The PC case market is definitely not a small one, and there’s a whole bunch of different designs, but it seems Cubiteck still managed to put together a pair of less ordinary ones, namely two magic Cube models that are actually each composed of several pieces.

It seems that Cubitek is trying to escape whatever tide of silence overtook most other IT players, since it bravely stepped forth to announce some new products even despite the little activity on the IT market lately.

What the outfit did was officially present a pair of modular cases as part of the Magic Cube series, their names being of Magic Cube B210 and Magic Cube B211.

For those that do not know what a modular case is, it is an enclosure that, in fact, is actually a set of multiple parts.

The main body is meant to house only the motherboards, video cards and memory (plus the CPU of course), while two other cubes hold the optical drives and hard disk drives, respectively.

One might say that the newcomers are, to some extent, similar, as the ODD cube can house two such units of 5.25 inches (or 3.5-inch drives via the included adapter).

The motherboard cubes also resemble one another, being equipped with several fans, support for up to EATX platforms and an I/O panel on the top, which has eSATA, audio, mic and even two USB 3.0 ports.

Basically, the HDD cube is what distinguished between the two siblings, as the B210 can house three drives and has one 80 mm fan, while the B211 can handle up to eight and has two 140 mm spinners.

Both products are constructed out of aluminum with an anodized black coating and have removable panels, meaning that overclockers and enthusiasts can use them as test benches.

They have already been listed online, priced at €179.90 and €199.90 , respectively.
