14 DAY TRIAL // Cevat Yerli, the chief executive officer of Crytek, characterizes the second video game in the Far Cry series as a perfect mistake, a title that has managed to reinvent the original experience in interesting ways.
Crytek created the first Far Cry video game and the team was delighted with the twists that the sequel introduced.
Yerli tells The Official Xbox Magazine that, “I think Far Cry 3 is "Far Cry meets Crysis" for me. I haven't played it yet, I have to admit, but I've heard some good things about it and I'm looking forward to playing it.”
Crytek has suggested that it will no longer create AAA Crysis video games and that it is linking its future to free-to-play multiplayer experiences on the PC and the next generation of home consoles.
