Crysis 2, the Nanosuit-powered first-person shooter from Crytek, has managed to keep the number one position in the United Kingdom video game chart, with gamers attracted by the impressive graphics of the New York-based adventure and by the solid shooter mechanics.

Second place has unexpectedly gone to Zumba Fitness, the health-generating activity-driven title from 505 Games, which came out of nowhere to beat, in terms of sales, some pretty important new launches.

Third place this week went to LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars from LucasArts, the most accomplished of the spoof games based on the very popular animation series, which went down one position from second.

The all-new Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed, the more simulation-oriented entry in the series, developed by Slightly Mad Studios and published by Electronic Arts, has managed to debut in fourth place, lower than other similarly branded games.

Fifth place was taken over by Homefront, the first-person shooter from THQ that involves the resistance fight against North Korean invaders in the United States, which slid down two places from third while another new launch, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters from EA Sports, has arrived in sixth place.

THQ has another new entry in the game, at seventh, where WWE All Stars blends well-known wrestling stars with over-the-top moves and arcade mechanics.

Eight place was taken over by the aging FIFA 11 football simulator from EA Sports, which staged a comeback from tenth, while Pokemon White Version has gone down from fifth place to ninth.

The top ten is closed down by Art Academy from Nintendo.

Pokemon Black Version is out of the top ten, and the most spectacular slide of the week is that of Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition from Capcom, which has gone from fourth place to sixteenth.
