Crusader Kings II, a real-time strategy developed and published by Paradox Interactive, will be arriving on Steam for Linux.

Crusader Kings II takes place at the end of the Dark Ages, in a time when Europe was still in a constant turmoil.

Lords and Kings battle for control of the continent and the Pope calls for a Crusade to protect the Christians in the Holy Land.

Players will have to expand their influence and secure the future of their dynasty. They must fill the coffers, appoint vassals, root out traitors and heretics, introduce laws and interact with hundreds of nobles, each with their own agenda.

Crusader Kings II also benefits from 14 DLC (downloadable content), which among other items, adds three distinct campaigns.
