14 DAY TRIAL // The same people who posted a video featuring an alleged iPhone 5 case have a bunch of photos, over at their blog, that indisputably depict a hardware part created with extreme precision, further indicating that this thing was designed by Jony Ive himself.
Although it’s still Apple’s call to confirm that the iPhone 5 really does look like the above photo, we have every indication that the hardware is genuine.
Placed next to a current-generation iPhone, the similarities are striking. The differences, while apparently minor, are also quite visible and consistent with all the rumors.
The photos also lend credence to rumors that Apple might introduce new colors this time around, not only black and white. In fact, if this is the black version we’re looking at, Apple has already changed the status quo with a matte blue-ish hue and a tint of gray.
