Cricket carrier has recently announced that it will introduce Muve Music, its new wireless rate plan with unlimited music, as well as the Samsung Suede (SCH-r710) mobile phone that comes with the service, at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show

Initially announced on December 20, the Muve Music from Cricket will be publicly demonstrated for the first time at CES 2011, along with the Samsung Suede mobile phone.

Cricket and its Muve Music partners Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, as well as Samsung will begin demonstrating the service on Friday, Jan. 7 at 4:00 p.m. at CES 2011.

The carrier is offering customers for just $55 per month: Unlimited nationwide calling, Unlimited nationwide text, picture & video messaging, Unlimited global text messaging, Unlimited 3G mobile Web, Unlimited email, Unlimited data back up and Unlimited video, as well as “for the first time in the U.S.” Unlimited full track downloads, Unlimited ringtones and Unlimited ringback tones.

Cricket is among the first carriers to offer unlimited music without any downloading fees or monthly music subscription.

Customers who choose Cricket’s Muve Music rate plan will be able to take advantage of the whole Unlimited plan, for just $55 per month.

Furthermore, customers’ data plans will not be impacted by streaming music over the wireless network and users won’t be required to use a credit card to purchase music.

The new Unlimited Muve Music is included in the flat rate monthly wireless service plan.

According to Cricket, Muve Music has an extensive catalog of music content which includes some of the major record labels, including: Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, and EMI Music.

As the carrier stated, Muve Music by Cricket will be available exclusively on the Samsung Suede in January 2011, but more devices compatible with the service will be added in the future.
