Cricket has just announced the availability of yet another feature-phone, the Samsung Comment. Customers can purchase the handset at a suggested retail price of $89.99 plus tax, from all Cricket branded retail stores, dealers and online.
Also known as Samsung SCH-r380, the Samsung Comment comes with a portrait QWERTY keyboard and is aimed at those who text a lot.
Samsung Comment is the perfect tool for those looking for a stylish bar with so many messaging capabilities.
The phone comes with a small 2.4-inch QVGA display and sports a sub-par 1.3-megapixel camera on the back.

Other highlights of the Samsung Comment include: MP3 music player, 3.5mm audio jack, built-in mobile web browser, stereo Bluetooth, and voice recognition.
Software-wise, Comment comes bundled with Cricket Navigator, MyBackup that backs up users' contact lists, and MyHomeScreen for one touch access to weather, news, sports, horoscope, MyAccount, social networks, email and more.
In addition users will be able to personalize the feature-phone by using
Cricket Storefront to download applications, games, ringtones and wallpapers.
It is also worth mentioning that the Samsung Comment offers up to 5 hours of continuous talk time or up to 526 hours of standby time.
According to Cricket, the Comment is offered with its all-inclusive unlimited plans, including the basic $35 unlimited talk and text, and the $45 plan which provides users with unlimited talk, text, 411 information, navigation, international text, unlimited picture messages, unlimited web browsing and more.
Customers who choose the $45 rate plan will have access to turn-by-turn directions without ever having to upgrade new map features.
