The fear of clowns is a serious issue, and many people admit this circus character totally freaks them out, so if you are terrified of clowns, you should probably abstain from watching the video below, as it shows a psycho clown who is very unlikely to be seen at a child's birthday party.

The clip, titled “Killer Clown Scare Prank,” has been created by famous YouTube channel DM Pranks and shows a creepy-looking clown armed with a sledgehammer hiding behind a wall in a car park next to what looks like a lifeless body lying on the ground.

He waits for unsuspecting passers-by to show up and then shocks them with his violence, as he crashes his victim's head sending fake blood spattering everywhere.

This scary scene is just the first one of a series of four pranks, in which random strangers are fooled into believing they have just witnessed a murder.

Matteo and Diego, the guys behind the elaborate prank say this is by far the most difficult they have ever done.

“The clown prank has been the most difficult and risky prank we ever did. The whole process of elaborating the idea, finding spots, gathering costumes and crafting a properly hammer took something like ten days,” they told the Daily Mail.

In the video's description, they also mention that they used more than 30 liters of fake blood for the prank and spent more than 20 hours waiting for victims.
