A new technique to steal credit cards and remain unidentified is spreading on the Internet, numerous attackers preferring to donate money to charity in order to verify the validity of
the cards. This is quite an interesting method to avoid identification because the banks and the authorities are often ignoring the charity donations so it's a little bit more difficult to block a certain card for unauthorized use. According to Yazan Gable from Symantec, this method might become very popular soon because it offers a high level of security.

"Legitimate charitable donations are not daily transactions for anyone with a credit card, and so it would be difficult to determine if they are out of the norm. As such, it wouldn't be too surprising to see this trend grow. I guess the one thing to note here though is that at least some of the stolen money is going to a good cause," the Symantec official said. "It is sometimes difficult for them to verify this without raising any alarm bells and risking that their cards will be identified as stolen and disabled. As a consequence, a new trend is appearing."

The security companies from all over the world are fighting against this dangerous phenomenon because it's very important to create a system that would be able to block fraudsters. However, most of the attackers are trying to benefit from users' naivety and sometimes, they can obtain the private details straight from the main source.

The credit card fraud is one of the most important illegal activity in the world because the hackers are continuously stealing consumers' financial details. The percentage of illegal online activities grew up a lot although the authorities along with the security companies from several countries of the world are fighting to stop this phenomenon that affects most of the residents.
