14 DAY TRIAL // Creative, well known for its audio products, has just outed new driver versions developed for its Sound Blaster Roar SR20 and SR20A speakers, namely version 1.00.01 and 1.03.13 compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems, respectively.
In order to be clear, while the 1.00.01 package is to be applied only on systems running either 32- or 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms, the 1.03.13 driver is targeted at Mac 10.6 to 10.9 OSes.
Bear in mind that only the recommended operating systems have been tested with the related package, therefore, don’t try to apply the new releases on platforms other than the aforementioned ones, even though the installer might be able to apply the appropriate driver.
If you intend to update to these versions, simply get the appropriate package (extract it if necessary), run the available setup, make sure the Sound Blaster speaker is connected to the computer in USB host audio mode, and follow the onscreen instructions for a complete and successful installation.
