Amazing dad Beau Coffron is known in San Francisco Bay as Lunchbox Dad, thanks to the artistic and appetizing lunchbox masterpieces he makes for his children.

The creative father, married and with three kids, including a newborn, puts his imagination to good use every day in order to create edible art for his children, especially for his first-grade daughter Abigail.

Beau, who also has a website where he posts photos and details about the amazing meals he creates, says he started this project as a way to connect with his daughter. His older son is not going to school yet, but he occasionally helps make the masterpieces.

For the original lunches, Coffron takes inspiration from books, movies, cartoons and other stuff his kids are interested in. He has created interesting meals illustrating characters such as Chewbacca, minions from Despicable Me, My Little Pony, Nemo and more.

“I get most of my inspiration from my kids. This project has really helped me to pay more attention to what they are watching, listening to, and reading,” he said.

Even though Coffron isn't a stay-at-home dad, he still tries to find some time to make fun, creative and healthy meals for his daughter to bring to school.
