Paulos Iasonides, 67, was attacked in his shop by Hayley Jones, 33, after refusing the angry customer a refund of $2.20 (€1.63). The drunk woman launched a “wolf-like” attack on the man leaving him in need of medical treatment, with serious bites and scratches.

Hayley, who previously consumed brandy, came to the shop and ordered a tea cake and potato scallops with a total of $2.20, arguing about the prices at the moment she placed her order. The woman stepped outside with her items and returned several minutes later complaining about her food and demanding her money back.

The scandalous woman was so loud that she chased one of the customers out of the shop prior to the attack on the owner. She was loud and aggressive and started scratching Paulos before sticking her teeth deep into his arm. If that wasn't enough, the woman was trying to get to the counter where she could have grabbed a knife or something sharp to seriously injure the man.

Luckily, Mr. Iasonides' wife heard the scandal and rushed to help her husband, but not even the two of them could control the crazed woman. They finally managed to get Jones out of the shop and call the police. “She was walking up and down the street shouting and swearing until the police came,” the victim told Daily Mail.

Paulos had to have his wounds treated at the hospital and undergo blood tests for any infections that the woman's bite could have caused him. Even if physically the man is alright, he now suffers from nightmares and panic attacks due to the mad “wolf-like” attack Jones launched on him.

The woman got a 44-week jail sentence that was suspended for two years. The court learned that Jones had previous assault charges and was accused of illegal possession of offensive weapons. The drunk woman seems to be dangerous enough, no wonder Mr. Iasonides is still affected by the violent assault.
