A new game is up on Kickstarter, Mojo Games Studio's debut title Cradle, promising a breathtaking narrative set in a crumbling world full of action and exploration, featuring an innovative combat system.

Developer Mojo Games Studio plans to deliver an open-world adventure set in a rich fantasy setting. Players will play the role of an outcast, an exiled traveler cursed by a god, that finds himself cast into an ongoing struggle between humanity, nature and the divine forces.

Players will have to fight their way through ravaged territories, journey across the beaten world in an effort to uncover the mysteries of the Cradle, a quest that will bring a fallen god back into the world, along with his promise of free will for the human race.

The four open worlds featured in Cradle will be carefully crafted and very detailed, featuring ecosystems and dynamic weather, and will take players across molten rock and snowy mountains, misty forests and sandy deserts, ruined cities and forgotten swamps.

Cradle is built on CryEngine and features a unique and intricate action combat system that follows the game's core concept of having the player's actions determine the course of the game.

The team intends to deliver a first-person experience that melds the fluid firefights of shooters with classical melee combat where skills and purpose determine the outcome of battles.

The game's playable classes will all have a distinctive style and each of the unique weapons available to them will provide an exclusive experience, with different fighting styles that accommodate all preferences.

The game will feature upgradable weapons and armor, each augment allowing alternative ways to develop characters, according to each player's personal playstyle.

Health, mana and stamina regen will require exploration and the gathering of herbs and plants, and further experimentation in order to discover the right combinations of ingredients, making learning one's environment crucial to survival.
