Courtney may come across some obstacles, though, namely, her husband's opposition. David is openly against any surgical interventions, unless they are required to save one's life. Or at least that's what the actress told the 'Marie Claire' magazine, adding 'David has a huge problem with it, but I don't. It's hard getting older; it's hard not to be young anymore'.

This is not the first time that Cox is facing similar problems. A while ago, she went into therapy because she was too judgmental on her own person and too indulgent with the others. It all worked out, but the glamorous actress claims that she still avoids having too many mirrors around her in the house.
