This week, Galaxy Nexus, the latest Google phone out there, has been present on the Google Play Store only with a "coming soon" tag next to it.

The reason is that Apple won an injunction against sales of the device in the United States, and Google and Samsung had to take it off shelves.

However, it appears that the South Korean phone maker won a small victory against Apple, and that the U.S. Court of Appeals has granted a temporary stay of ban until July 12th, Bloomberg reports.

The court is waiting for a response from Apple in the matter, and will take a decision on this then.

In the meantime, Google is working on a software update for the device, to eliminate the reason for which it was banned in the first place. The search features on the phone will be tweaked a bit.
