14 DAY TRIAL // Erica Montelongo, 34, and Gunter Zieber, 50, are getting married tomorrow at the Apple Store in Bellevue Square at 5:00 p.m., a Bellevue source reports.
The couple selected their specific time and place not only because Zieber is a technology buff, but also because he is a huge fan of the late Steve Jobs, according to his wife-to-be.
“Gunter and I met May 2010, engaged October 2010, our son was born August 2011, and NOW---we are getting married October 2011, Apple Wedding," said Montelongo. “Gunter admired Steve Jobs and this is how he wanted to celebrate Steve Jobs Day...and when you add in Tiffany and Co. how could a girl say NO?!”, the future Mrs. Zieber added.
Gunter currently works at Nintendo. Before taking up his job with the Japanese video games company, Gunter had worked at Microsoft. Next week, Apple plans to celebrate Steve Jobs’ life as well. The festivities will go down at the company’s Infinite Loop Campus in Cupertino, California on October 19.
