Do you consider yourself to a be a Counter-Strike, Warcraft, Quake or PES skilled player? I bet you do, but you can be proven
wrong if you participate in the Fifth Edition of the Electronic Sports World Cup Grand Final.

This event is planned out as a mega-tournament incorporating different game genres in order for everyone to enjoy it. If you want to take part in the final of this tournament, you'll have to participate in the preliminaries, which will take place between January and June 2007. You will be able to play in Counter-Strike, Warcraft, Quake, Pro Evolution Soccer and Trackmania contests.

The Fifth Edition of the Electronic Sports World Cup Grand Final will take place in France, from July 5 till July 8. The event will include 3 stages: The Gaming Zone, The Show on Stage and The Gaming Expo.

The Gaming Zone will be open to the public and matches will be broadcasted live on big screens. The Show on Stage will feature 20 stage matches with live commentaries in several languages. And finally, the Gaming Expo, self-explanatory - a gaming expo where everyone will be able to see state-of-the-art gaming related stuff.
