Counter-Strike: Global Offensive received an accidental update earlier during the day and even if developer Valve has since then pulled the patch, fans have managed to discover that it will introduce a Season Pass to the game.

All the changes have been compiled on Reddit by the community and the notes state, "Community Support Pass Season One: Grants access to Season One’s featured community maps on Official Servers. Proceeds are divided among the featured map creators."

This probably means that all the new content for the game will be created by the fans themselves, with Valve only handling the selection process.

The pulled patch also introduces more items to the in-game store of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

The shooter is also supposed to get access to a new user interface and a new Trial Mode.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is expected to officially get the patch in the coming days.
