Everything is present for high-end configurations based on XL-ATX platforms

There are large cases and there are humongous ones. Corsair's Obsidian 900D definitely qualifies as the latter.

The chassis is large enough to accommodate XL-ATX motherboards (extra-large ATX) and has enough room inside for up to sixteen storage drives, four optical disk drives, a pair of power supplies, and four triple-slot graphics cards.

That means there are sixteen 3.5 / 2.5-inch drive bays, four 5.25-inch bays and space for both primary and redundant/auxiliary power supplies.

Water cooling has its own space as well, and the modular design even lets buyers customize the interior somewhat.

All in all, there is room to argue that it will be difficult to find a motherboard that can exploit everything, especially the quad-GPU possibility. Few platforms have room for four triple-slot cards.

The official announcement will take place later this month, so no prices or ETA until then.
