When it launched the Hydro Series H60 water-cooling system a couple of months ago, Corsair stated that the company is working on releasing a few other such solutions in the not-so-distant future and now additional details about these coolers have come to light.

Corsair's new lineup will be comprised of two models, the Hydro Series H80 and H100, and both of these solutions were listed by a Swedish online hardware retailer.

The product listing were scarce in details, but it allowed us to get an idea about the performance of these coolers.

Starting with the more powerful Hydro Series H100 model, this water cooler uses a 240mm radiator which is paired together with two 120mm high airflow fans to dissipate the heat produced by the CPU.

The whole assembly weighs a little more over 1kg and the fans operate at up to 2600 RPM. Noise is rated at between 22 and 39 dBA.

Moving to its smaller brother, the Hydro Series H80, this also uses two 120mm fans, that have identical specs to those used for the H100, but these are placed opposite each other.

Right between them, stands a 120mm radiator, which seems to be almost double in width compared to the one used for the H60.

According to SweClockers, both of these water coolers are compatible with all modern CPU sockets, including Intel's LGA 775, 1155, 1156, 1366 and the forthcoming LGA 2011 as well as with AMD AM2, AM2+ and AM3.

Judging by the look of the waterblocks used by the H100 and H80, these seemed to be based on a CoolIT design, just as it was the case with the Hydro Series H60.

Pricing has been set at 1075 Swedish crowns for the Hydro H100 (about $136 US excluding VAT) and at 965 Swedish crowns for the Hydro H80 ($122 USD excluding VAT).
