Developer big nic has released the launch trailer for Corporate Lifestyle Simulator, the re-dubbed version of Zombies, now available on Steam.

The game was initially titled a much more generic "Zombies," but as the author notes on the game's website, "Zombies was completely impossible to find via any known search engine." The isometric orgy of chiptunes and mindless violence did deserve a better name, and the new one is truly fitting.

Corporate Lifestyle Simulator is trying to offer an accurate depiction of corporate life, about how the office environment is actively trying to kill you and how you must fight back with a chair leg, chainsaws and guns.

Everyone hates it when their colleagues are zombies, right? Right. Corporate Lifestyle Simulator is a humorous and over-the-top shooter that features pixelated bloodbaths and has "horrible voice acting" in its sales pitch, offering its patented "smash therapy" as an alternative to slaving away inside a cubicle.

Players will battle their way through 27 levels of corporate hierarchy and monotonous soul-sucking architecture, battling countless brain dead, buzzword-spewing project managers, and making use of various pieces of office furniture as primary weapons.

The evil corporations will not get away with it this time, as our noble hero fights against the forces of oppression from within, liberating his fellow coworkers from the tyrannous tendrils of SuperCorp.
