Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson get into another fight, six police cars arrive on the scene to calm things down

Stories about the short temper of Lindsay Lohan and lover Samantha Ronson, especially when in the company of each other, have often been heard but, as it is known, none of them ever required police assistance. A few hours ago, more than half a dozen police cars and countless paparazzi gathered outside Samantha and Lindsay’s house in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles, after the two got into a massive row, TMZ informs.

Sources on the scene say that someone who heard the noise the two were making called the police. “It sounded like a wall being hit with something loudly,” one eyewitness tells gossip blogger Perez Hilton. When cops arrived on the scene, the two stars, locked inside the house, refused to open the door as they continued to fight. Apparently, at one point, Lindsay got so mad at Samantha that she threw something outside a window, breaking it in the process.

Initially, reports had it that the police officers were at the house to serve Lindsay with an arrest warrant, stemming from her violating her probation terms for a 2007 DUI arrest. Later on, it was revealed that they had just been called for a disturbance, which makes it pretty clear that it was the neighbors who called the cops because the two women had gotten too loud and, presumably, violent with each other.

Speaking about the arrest warrant that was reportedly issued in Lindsay’s name late Friday, the actress’ attorney says it’s nothing but a big misunderstanding that got out in the media and was twisted to sound like something else. Lohan, the lawyer says, has not only not violated her probation, but she has done all that she was required since her much-mediated arrest in 2007.

“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.” Lindsay’s attorney tells People magazine, stressing that the issue will be solved in court come Monday, first things first.

As regards the more recent incident, TMZ reports that, as of now, all police officers have left Samantha and Lindsay’s house. Exactly what went down in there is not yet certain, but Lohan’s vehicle is still in the driveway, which can only mean she is inside the house. For more on this, keep an eye on this space.
