A photo of a policeman's act of kindness is sweeping the net, at more than 100,000 shares on Facebook and Twitter.

The image depicts the officer delivering milk to a family with children living in Watertown, Massachusetts.

His gesture was caught on tape during the lockdown preceding the catch of the Boston Marathon terror suspect, which I have documented.

“BPD Officer delivers milk to a family with young children in Watertown during the lockdown,” the Boston Police Department wrote in a caption when tweeting the viral photo.

According to Daily Mail, the armed cop has been identified as John Bradley of Brookline, while claimed by Boston initially.

Fox 2 Now specified that the family in question had a 17-month-old son and was in need for the milk.
