With gas prices skyrocketing every year, having a tool like Waze in your pocket is truly essential for any driver. Updated earlier this month (and spotted in time for our second coolest-ios-apps entry), Waze social GPS & traffic version 3.2.0.0 lets you “find the cheapest gas station near you or on your route.”
The new feature is US-only for now, but developer Waze Inc. says it’s coming soon internationally. Other cool enhancements include the ability to redeem Wazer-only specials on gas at participating stations, text-to-speech (including street name support in 9 new languages), and full turn-by-turn navigation instructions.
