Though it has already caused its share of waves on the market by revealing the HAF 912 mid-tower chassis, Cooler Master decided to follow up with another model, specifically the HAF 912 Plus which, essentially, has a few design advantages over the 'base' model but an overall identical build.

As the back-to-school period has now begun in force, Cooler Master, naturally, played the early bird and supplied the HAF 912.

This product was described as a feature-rich gaming chassis that seeks to retain a semblance of affordability.

The even newer HAF 912 Plus is, for the most part, identical to its predecessor, the exceptions being restricted to matters of aesthetic and convenience.

For one, the 200mm fan on the front has a LED light, for beautification. Secondly, the product boasts an all-black interior.

Finally, the third 'upgrade' lies in the fact that the enclosure now has a front panel with USB, audio connectors and eSATA connectivity.

The rest of the specifications are unchanged, from the internal storage bay number to the overall dimensions of the chassis.

Thus, the HAF 912 mid-tower, thus, has four exposed 5.25-inch ODD bays, as well as modular hard drive cages, one of which supports 2.5-inch HDDs or SSDs.

The removable dust filters on the bottom and front covers are also present, as are the pre-drilled watercooling holes.

All in all, the casing measures 230 x 480 x 496 mm and cannot very easily be distinguished from its sibling at a glance.

"No matter if you are looking for an affordable, no compromise gaming chassis or for a case with all the bells and whistles and great support for water cooling accessories: the HAF 912 is the ultimate model for you," Coolermaster's press release states.

The Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus will become available next week and its price tag will hover around 79 Euro.
