Less than a week has passed since its last product announcement, but that didn't prevent Cooler Master from launching something new already.

This time we aren't looking at a laptop cooling stand, but something that more people will find a use for.

Called Recon, it is a mouse from the CM Storm gaming series and relies on the Avago 3090 optical sensor, with sensitivity of 800 to 4,000 DPI.

The body of the mouse rests on teflon feet and fits well in either hand, while the long-life switches make sure that even rapid clicks and button presses don't leave the mouse defective.

Furthermore, the Recon boasts a multi-color mouse wheel that associates each color to a profile (5 profiles and 36 macros can be stored).

Sales should start today (September 18, 2012), or very soon, for 42 Euro / $42-55.
