The economy, sadly, is a massive disappointment to everyone

Ever since technology became a thing, it has been a bright spot for many but a sore spot for others. Fortunately, there is an organization that tracks the perception of people in regard to this.

Of course, the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) does more than that, but this aspect of its activity is what is of import right now.

Basically, CEA has discovered that consumers continue to be more and more confident in technology, or at least they are this month (November 2012).

“Electronics were the second most purchased item this weekend, behind only clothes,” said Shawn DuBravac, CEA’s chief economist and senior director of research.

This is a sharp contrast to the complete disappointment that many are feeling in regard to the world economy.

That tech products are so popular despite how poor the world is becoming speaks well for the future of IT companies.
