Consilient, a developer of push email, multimedia and advertising for mobile phones, has launched a new free version of their Push application for Windows Mobile devices. The latest release of Push supports the Samsung BlackJack and enables attachment sending for all supported Windows Mobile devices.

Consilient Push is a free mobile application that provides real-time push email on Windows Mobile devices. With Push, users can get their email from up to 5 favorite accounts from the most popular email providers, such as Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail and AOL Email, as well as from any POP3 or IMAP4 email account. Consilient Push is easy to install, without any complicated configuring required and features an easy-to-use Account Management Profile. The application also allows users to view, forward or save photos and other attachments.

"Windows Mobile users seeking high performance software will benefit from Consilient's open standards approach which has a direct impact on the amount of data they use," said Trevor Adey, Consilient CEO. "Our free Push application maximizes bandwidth which gives users maximum mileage on their data plans. Our mission is to deliver the best, free mobile email experience on as many Windows Mobile devices as possible."

Users concerned with security issues can rest assured, as Consilient doesn't store any of the emails or passwords on their servers - the technology acts as an instant relay pushing email messages out in real-time. In addition, Consilient Push provides 128-bit encryption for all data transmitted over-the-air between the Consilient Push server and the mobile phone, enables users to create their own email signature and in case someone's phone is lost or stolen, it can perform a device email "wipe clean" to keep the emails from being read.

Consilient Push is available both as an ad-supported version that can be used free of charge and as an ad-free subscription-based service available for $5/month plus $10 activation fee, or $60/year. Users can register for the push email service at Consilient's website available here. After the registration is completed, users receive a SMS with an embedded link that upon clicking will get the application going.
