Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s personal doctor, is now serving a 4-year prison sentence for manslaughter and, in a recent interview with Anderson Cooper, he explains why he has no intention of testifying in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live.

And he does that by singing. No joke, check it out in the video below.

Michael’s family is taking AEG to court for pressuring the singer into doing more shows than he wanted to, or would have been physically able to do.

Stressed out, Michael turned to Murray for help – and he provided him with Propofol, the powerful anesthetic that killed him.

Murray tried to explain to Cooper why he wouldn’t testify by belting out “The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot.” I do believe Cooper’s expression when he starts singing really says it all.
