Connect Your Samsung Phone to a PC without Kies

Full installation of Kies no longer needed for phone connectivity

XDA developer, SamHaLeKe, is kind enough to share SAMSUNG USB Drivers for Mobile Phones package with the rest of us, to eliminate the hustle of installing Kies to connect devices to PC.

The included drivers target Galaxy S and S2 phones, but can be used for other Samsung Android devices as well. After installation, the files are deployed to \Program Files\SAMSUNG\USB Drivers.

x86 and x64 architectures are supported, and Softpedia has listed separate download links, if you own a Galaxy S device. Make sure to check back with our website to download the latest drivers, the moment they're posted on the XDA Developers Forum.
