Developed by Monolith Productions, Condemned: Criminal Origins allows players to experience an unnatural level of psychological tension
as they use their instincts and forensic tools to track down serial killers and bring them to justice. Players will take on the role of Ethan Thomas, an FBI agent in the Serial Crimes Unit, whose pursuit of relentless serial killers leads him through detailed urban environments filled with terrifyingly real sociopaths who lurk on the periphery of humanity.
Condemned: Criminal Origins features amazingly photorealistic environments and true-to-life sound effects that transport players directly to the scene of the crime. Gruesome weapons can be fashioned by clever players from the environment: paper-cutter handles, wooden planks and lead pipes ripped from walls can all be used to attack opponents. The enemy AI is highly intelligent and you won't get to see crazed enemies running straight into the player - they find an appropriately powerful weapon to attack with and then hide in the shadows, waiting for an open opportunity to strike.
We know that true gamers play all these games just for fun, as they should and not in order to achieve specific point landmarks to prove their friends they are very cool, but we also know that sometimes you just can't live without achieving everything possible with a title you really enjoy. If that's the case and you want to know exactly what to look for when it comes to the game, we have prepared a full list of achievements. Good luck!
Cheats Enter "ShovelFighter" as a case-sensitive profile name to unlock all levels and additional content usually unlocked through earning achievements.
Sprinting Sprinting is not that useful on stairs; save it for level surfaces.
Guns It is best to save all guns for fights against multiple enemies or an exceptionally tough enemy. Particularly weak enemies can be finished off with a combination of the Taser and kicks instead.
Big melee weapons To use big melee weapons effectively, practice hanging back, then veering ahead far enough to hit your enemy with your weapon. Then, drift back. This makes the most of your weapons' superior reach and keeps you away from your opponents' faster weapons.
Strategic dropping Drop important weapons and tools near distinctive objects or in easy-to-find spots. By doing this, you will not have to search for them later.
