The peculiar rooms aren't exactly luxurious, the good news is nobody seems to mind

After getting his hands on several meters of concrete tubing that were no longer of any use to anybody, a Chinese entrepreneur decided to use them to build a hotel.

Long story short, the man simply cut the tubing into 15 fairly small structures, which he then placed next to one another and turned into hotel rooms.

According to Oddity Central, these peculiar rooms, some of which are pictured above, can accommodate for up to two people at a time.

Each of the rooms is equipped with a double bed and a restroom. What's more, they are sound-proof and are even fitted with air conditioning units.

The Chinese entrepreneur behind this peculiar constructions project says that, as surprising as this may sound, his hotel rooms are fairly popular among both tourists and locals in the Henan Province.

He details that, more often than not, the folks who choose to visit his odd hotel are sick and tired of life in the big city and are merely looking to disconnect and spend some time away from their stressful jobs.

It is unclear how much spending one night at this hotel costs but, all things considered, chances are that those who wish to rent one of these rooms don't necessarily have to be swimming in money to be able to afford it.
