NVIDIA's Tegra system-on-chip device doesn't seem to have scored the same percentage of design wins as Tegra 3. I've seen a whole bunch of tablets based on Intel's new Atom chip or processors from Samsung and Qualcomm.

Still, there are some tablets based on Tegra 4, like the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity.

The tablet has only just been refreshed, with a display of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

It is a 10.1-inch IPS screen. The resolution should definitely turn a few heads.

Besides the LCD, the Tegra 4-powered slate has 2 GB DDR3 RAM, 32 GB NAND Flash storage, an SD card slot, a 5-megapixel camera at the back, a front 1.2 MP camera, and an HDMI output with 4K streaming support.

We’ll have to wait for any other info until later this week, unless ASUS decides to hold off on shipping the tablet for some reason.
