Devel Live CD, a tool that includes a minimal toolchain from Fedora which makes it possible to compile the Linux kernel and other software, has reached version 7.2-19.

Devel Live CD has been created specifically for 4MLinux and it's used exclusively for this Linux distribution, but it might have other uses as well.

“It has been created to compile programs for 4MLinux. There is no dependency tracking in 4MLinux, so this may be a useful tool for developers who are interested in building fully-customized Linux operating systems,” reads the official announcement.

According to developers, Devel Live CD images can be used with Unetbootin and users can create an easy-to-use Live USB image. The latest version, 7.2-19, is based on 4MLinux-7.2 and Fedora 19.
