14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Relic announces that it is delivering a new map for Company of Heroes 2, called Semoskiy, which is set to be available for free to all those who bought the game.
The summer version of the map is available and a winter variant will be delivered on September 10.
The map is based on the classic Semois map from the first title in the strategy series and has been remade to suit the new mechanics of the sequel.
Company of Heroes 2 was launched in the spring of this year and allows players to experience the Eastern Front, where General Winter was just as much of a threat to soldiers as enemy troops.
The game still has a healthy number of players involved in its multiplayer mode and it makes sense for Relic to deliver new maps to keep them interested.
