With the holidays almost upon us, it is no surprise that any and all IT companies would make haste in delivering as many products as possible, and Thermaltake figured it would provide the market with a new gaming PC case.

The product that Thermaltake created is known as the Armor A30 and has “an extremely stylish and powerful appearance that attracts gamers and enthusiasts alike.”

The first thing that one will notice about it is its small form factor, which can accommodate Micro ATX and mini ITX motherboards.

For those seeking actual numbers, Armor A30 measures 266 (H) x 291 (W) X 456 (D).

One of its main assets is its so-called “specially developed modular structure” which offers space for one 3.5-inch accessible drive bay, two 3.5-inch hidden drives, two 2.5-inch drives (also hidden) and 4 expansion slots.

Even while compact, however, it still has enough room to fit long and large, powerful video cards, like NVIDIA's GTX 460 or AMD's Radeon HD 5970.

Furthermore, the I/O panel it is outfitted with is one that has not just an USB 2.0 and an eSATA port, but also HD audio and, most importantly, an USB 3.0 SuperSpeed connector.

Other specifications include a 23 cm blue exhaust LED fan on top, a 9cm blue intake LED fan on the front and a special lock mechanism for the mouse and keyboard.

All of these features are packed inside the so-called 'bulletproof' armor design concept, which utilizes metal mesh elements appealing to gamers and enthusiasts.

As consumers may or may not have guessed, the Thermaltake Armor A30, detailed here, is intended for those that like to frequent LAN parties and want a system that is as imposing as it is powerful and easy to carry to and from where said LAN party is being held.

Sales should start around the middle of December, but prices weren't mentioned in the press release.
