14 DAY TRIAL // The Nintendo 3DS application Comic Studio will be making its way to the western markets, at some point in the future.
Japanese developer Collavier has created quite the robust app, Comic Studio allowing for the easy creation of comics and including all the tools needed, like freehand drawing, a library of stock expressions and “sound effects” and the ability to take pictures and insert them into panels.
Comic Studio will allow its users to create their own manga or comics, with customizable panel size and placement options, the ability to store up to 6 thousand pages and the option to export the final product to JPG images.
They have recently announced that a western release for the app is planned, but they have not yet decided on a launch date, as reported by Siliconera.
Comic Studio will be released in Japan for now, on January 15, for the Nintendo 3DS.
