Robert Downey Jr. knows how to make an entrance: he threw flowers at fans on Marvel panel at Comic-Con 2014

Comic-Con 2014 wrapped on Sunday in San Diego, but expect more details from the biggest multi-genre convention in the world to continue to emerge online in the following weeks. One of the most talked about panels at the event was the Marvel one for “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” which reunited almost the entire cast in Hall H.

It also included footage from the film, but you won’t find it in any of the videos below because those in attendance are not allowed to use their cameras during screenings.

The entire panel is available in the videos below. However, the first one is mostly for laughs, in the sense that it doesn’t bring any info pertaining to the film or the Avengers franchise in general.

What it does instead is confirm just how awesome Robert Downey Jr. is. He was the first to walk on stage after Marvel President Kevin Feige, and as he danced his way out to Michael Jackson’s music, he also made a show of the bag he was carrying.

As it turns out, in it he had two handful of red roses, which he tossed into the crowd as the fans screamed in delight and couldn’t stop taking his photo. He also had two white ones, which he kept for his female co-stars Colbie Smulders and Elizabeth Olsen.

The “biggest bench of talent [RDJ] has ever sat on,” as he called the panel, also included Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Paul Bettany, and James Spader.

If you have patience to watch the fourth video until the end, you will also see a surprise appearance from Josh Brolin, who might be making a cameo in “Ultron” as Thanos.
