Alfonso Cuaron, Sandra Bullock, and producer David Heyman hit up Comic-Con 2013 in San Diego over the weekend to premiere fresh footage from “Gravity” and to talk a bit more about the project.

The entire panel is embedded above, so make sure you check it out if you happen to be one of those many movie buffs feeling the anticipation for this movie.

George Clooney, who also stars in the film as the second astronaut left stranded in space (with Sandra Bullock’s character), was not there.

On the panel, Cuaron explained his passion for long shots and revealed how certain scenes were shot to make it look as if they were in space.

Sandra Bullock offered insight into her character, saying she’d imagined her as androgynous.

“Gravity” hits theaters this October.
