The AdSense advertising platform is one of the most popular services ever designed by Google but it seems like the registered members are always using the basic functions of the solution.
In the past, the company had several attempts to encourage customers to use more complex functions able to enhance the AdSense results. Although the employees posted numerous blog posts and tips to help users improve AdSense, it seems like the basic functions are still the most popular among the majority of users.

That's why Google decided to encourage users even more than a blog post and introduced a new feature in the advertising platform especially meant to present tips and tricks about more complex tools. You're now able to read the most used techniques to optimize AdSense straight from your account using the "Recent messages" function.

"If you've logged in to your account today, you've probably noticed the new 'Recent messages' section in your AdSense account. We're happy to let you know that this is your personal inbox where we'll send you customized optimization tips. More specifically, our system will automatically analyze your account and ad settings. Based on these findings, you'll receive a notification each month in your AdSense account if there are changes you can make to improve your overall AdSense performance," Arlene Lee, AdSense Publisher Support, sustained in a blog post published today.

All you need to do is to login into your account and read the messages sent by Google. Although it is recommended to optimize your AdSense account, try to avoid malicious tricks restricted by the company such as placing images near the adverts displayed by the advertising platform. These pictures can influence visitors and make them click on the ad, an action that might get your account banned.
